Our Commitment

Essence Clean is committed to maintaining a safe working environment for all staff and clients. We comply with all relevant Work Health & Safety legislation and maintain comprehensive insurance coverage.

Staff Training

All cleaning staff receive induction training covering:

• Proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Manual handling and posture techniques
• Incident reporting and emergency procedures
• Site-specific hazards and safety protocols

Chemical Safety

We use approved, safety-compliant cleaning products. All chemicals are stored securely and staff follow Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines. We notify clients of any chemical treatments in advance where required.

Incident Reporting

Any accidents, near-misses, or injuries are reported immediately. Clients are notified of any incidents occurring on their premises within 24 hours.

Client Safety

Please advise us of any hazards or safety concerns at your premises (wet floors, electrical equipment, etc.). We will implement appropriate precautions to protect our staff and your environment.
